After you have filled the client contact form, I will get in contact shortly after that, either per email, phone, or an online zoom call to discuss your needs. Based on your personal or company needs, the next step would be to design a tailored-made plan for either coaching, in-house training, or leadership development. A concrete non-binding offer is sent outlining the fees, procedures, and timeline needed. When the offer is accepted, an official written contract that outlines the working terms of the agreement will need to be signed.
First of all, coaching is not a therapy session? I assist leaders and teams in developing their personal, professional, or business goals and developing and carrying out a strategy/plan for optimizing these goals. Coaching helps improve employee commitment, increased performance and efficiency, reduce workplace conflict, learn skills to manage difficult situations and personalities, and facilitate communication and a healthier working atmosphere.
It is up to the client. Usually, a session lasts 45-60 minutes. Many clients feel it is beneficial to commit to at least 3-5 sessions upfront to make some initial progress. It is easy to rebook follow-on sessions.
All coaching sessions are a voluntary and confidential process. All information discussed or documented is strictly confidential and not third party forwarded. Most people report significant progress on their goals from working with a coach; however, there are no guarantees on outcomes without clients’ full commitment.
Coaching is a partnership between the Coach and the Client (or Contracting Company) in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximize personal and professional potential. At the heart of every business lies the people needed to achieve their goals. Coaching sessions are designed to facilitate the creation/development of skills, knowledge, and to engage in and manage conflict effectively.
Training workshops are hands-on and designed to enhance individual and organizational competencies and tailored made to specific to the unique needs of the organization. The goal is to facilitate strength-based learning and knowledge transfer to the contracting parties through skill practice, acquisition, and application. Training is available in-house, in online zoom sessions or per request (pre-recorded webinars).
Unresolved interpersonal and workplace conflicts can harm team performance and productivity, working relationships, team unity, personnel health and morale, and the organization’s financial bottom line. Disputes are always going to occur, especially when employees or managers are ill-prepared to deal with them or avoid their existence. Building a healthy culture of conflict competence and intelligence allows for organizations to be innovative, agile, able to collaboratively resolve conflicts, embrace transformation and growth, and collaboratively problem-solve and ultimately improve employee morale and teamwork.
The Client or the Coach may terminate the service agreement at any time with a 1-month written notice. The Client agrees to compensate the Coach for all coaching services rendered, including the effective date of termination of the coaching relationship.
